We believe it’s important for us to stay up-to-date on the latest in hearing technology so we can bring the best products to our customers. We recently visited the Oticon Technology Center to learn more about their manufacturing and repair facilities. While we were there, we got hands-on experience using the personalization process that helps fit the hearing aid to how the user likes to hear sound. It’s exciting to dig in deeper into the brain science behind fitting hearing aids. Customizing the technology to meet each individual’s hearing preferences is an important part of helping patients love their hearing aids.
